I dont want to leave all the cooking until tomorrow, if I bake a pareve cheesecake today (made from tofu and tofutti) and a milchig no bake greek yogurt cheesecake, will they last throughout shavous? we're having guests so I want to make sure they will look/taste good by thursday lunch!

Yes, I found that they taste better once they aged.....Just keep them refrigerated

yes, cheesecake lasts up to one week in the fridge.
