Beef fondue! Yum, yum.

There are other stew-like things (shepherd's pie, for instance) that could work.

You could also slice the cubes into strips and do pepper steak.

Beef fondue is when you cook the beef on long forks, dipping a piece of meat into hot oil (usually with a fondue pot, or maybe stovetop) until it is done. It's fun to have different dipping sauces.

Pepper steak:
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup red wine vinegar (I don't use)
1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour soy sauce, honey, and red wine vinegar in pan, then add beef. Cook beef, stirring frequently, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in cooked vegetables, and cook another 10 to 15 minutes.

Shepherd's pie is basically stew, sometimes in a pie crust, topped with mashed potato.

Amish Beef and Noodles. YUUUUM. I haven't made it in years, don't have the recipe to hand, but I got it from an Internet search, so I'm sure it's still out there in some form.

If it's tough meat, I like to boil it slowly with onions for a few hours. Then, I take it out of the water. Fry jalapeƱo peppers in olive oil then add ginger, turmeric, and a touch of curry and add apple cider vinegar. In that order. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add a can of pineapple chunks with the juice, 2 cups of the water from the beef, salt, a little cilantro, honey and a little bit of tahini paste and the beef. Cook for about 30 min slowly or until it's thick. Serve over rice. It's quite good.

Threw it in the crockpot w/ some cheap dry red wine (or grape juice and a splash of apple vinegar) and some tiny onions Or regular onions chopped up). Serve it over mashed potatoes. So good!
