How many pounds of chicken do I need for a 2 qt pot of chicken soup? If it makes a difference I plan to use wings and necks.

For two quarts you could probably use 2 wings and one or two necks.

Sorry to disagree, but you need loads more than 2 wings and one or two necks. I use 4 wings and eight necks plus six chicken frames when I make half that amount of soup - I add 1 litre of water.

Yes that's what I use to four maybe five cups of water. Chicken lets out juice. I cook it in a pressure cooker and get 8 to 10 servings.

That's what you use. It's definitely not needed.
