Im interested in both Dairy (Chalav Yisroel) and Meat places in Manhattan, between 30th and 90th, either east or west.
Besides J2 and Bravo, are there any other Chalav Ysroel Pizza Shops for Milchig in the above area?
What comes the closest to Kosher Delight for Fleishig (reasonable/fast food)?

Both on the UWS, I like bagels and co (their pizza is really great) on 79th and Amsterdam, and Gotham burger on Amsterdam and 96th

Bagel and Co is Milchig and pretty good! Also has pizza. Its on 79th and Amsterdam.
Gan Asia is a Fleishig place on 90th or so and Amsterdam. It is take-out though.
Kasbah is on 85th and Amsterdam, it is a little pricey but good!

Ive passed Bagels & Co many times.
1- Is it clean? From a quick peek in from outside, it didnt look that clean/maintained.
2- Is there a (clean) bathroom?
3- Who gives the Hechsher? Menu says Chalav Yisroel but I dont see who gives Hechsher
