I have a great Kishka recipe, but every Shabbos it comes out so wet and watery.
It can never serve it for guests, as it has no shape or kugle form. I tried to add more flour in this week, but it came out wet again.
Any ideas?

You don't need the water or the oil.

I have a similar recipe. It calls for 1/2 oil. to make it less fattening I use 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup water.
total 1/2 cup liquid.
good luck.

Your recipe has very little flour. I would double the amount of flour. Try 1 cup and see what happens.
