It's a mixed public pool. Not sure OP is looking for this. embarrassed

Ruach day camp used to have outdoor swimming on Sundays (separate) I don't know if they still do.

Sfat Yam in Far Rockaway is also outdoors with separate swimming.

Those are the only two outdoor pools I've ever been in in the NY area. Good luck!
