We are moving to Brooklyn and looking for an apartment for rent. Any 2 (or 3) bedroom for under $1600 in Kensington or Boro Park. We don't mind living on the 'Jewish border' of Kensington to get a cheaper rent (ie Beverly or before). Basements are also ok. We need to move by July 1st so I'd appreciate any leads at all. I do not live anywhere near where I can get a Torah Times. TIA

You are looking for an apartment below market value. 2-3 bedroom apartments are hard to come by regardless, and non-existent at the price you mentioned. Maybe you should look at short term rentals if you need to move by July.
