I am designing a flier for a Hachnosas Sefer Torah and I urgently need a really beautiful picture of an open Sefer Torah. Does anyone know where I can buy one. I can't find anything suitable on Dreamstime or Shutterstock.

Nothing incredible here, but this is the life of a frum graphic designer - either you hire a photographer, or you learn to make do.

Here's a link to commercially free photos on Flickr - some nice ones here:

Make sure to check and follow the license requirements for each one (some need attribution, etc.)! And don't just do a regular search on Flickr - you MUST search only for those licensed by CC for commercial use.
I've also seen some beautiful Sefer Torah cards with Torah artwork instead of a photo.
