Anyone know of an "ISP" that will give you access for email only, but no internet access? I thought juno did that, but it seems like even their free plan includes 10 hours of internet time.
I don't care if it's dial up.

I'm not sure how this system works exactly, but there's something called pocket mail- not even sure if still around.
