Whats the huge new store being built on 16 & 46 or 47 in BP? It has pics of a supermarket in the windows, but I havent heard of anyone opening a new supermarket in BP. Maybe its not rented yet and theyd like to rent to a supermarket? Anyone know what will be there?

I heard it's a supermarket (2 partners in it together) and leasing office space upper floors. I think you're referring to 48th

Yes that makes sense... I knew it was near Bobov somewhere, but I wasnt sure it was on the block of Bobov. I guess it is...Im surprised Bobov didnt grab more space...Another Supermarket? Well at least we wont be getting another bank that we badly dont need....(haha). Btw 16th ave doesnt have a single 99 cent store... and they seem to be making money.... just thinking.

Duane reade is moving there on the floor.
The top floors are being rented to different offices.
