I'll just list the ones I can think of so you can get an idea:

In South Fallsburg there's Tea-spoons (milchig) , it's basically the same store as Spoons in Flatbush and Boro Park
Purple Pair (milchig) in Woodridge
Q-Cumbers in South Fallsburg (milchig)
In Woodbourne there's also a pizza shop that has a whole variety of foods, I saw them making pasta, sushi, salads...

Dougies (fleishig) in Woodbourne
There's also a chinese place in Woodbourne
There's a schnitzel place in Woodridge, the name just slipped my mind
