What kind of crowd live in Saddle River Rd (Airmont) area? Near Old Nyack Turnpike, The Rdige Steakhouse etc?
Yeshivish? Modern? etc
Is it unusual to see someone in pants/uncovered hair there? Do most send to YSV?

I think it's pretty Yeshivish now, and a lot of Chassidim are moving there too. Housing is cheaper than in the center of Monsey.
I wouldn't recommend anyone who wears pants/uncovered hair to settle in the immediate Monsey area...
