Im assuming you're eating lean proteins... Red meat and dairy are highly inflammatory for sensitive people.

I try to. DH is also on this diet for different reasons. Recommended by a nutritionist for him

Whole eggs, fish (telapia and salmon), chicken thigh (pargiot), lean beef Shabbat night, rarely week day. I'm still figuring out the diet, but beef doesn't seem to bother me
