How much is expected tuition + dorm fees for Bais Medrash in the U.S.?
Does this amount include food?

I can't tell you about bais medrash, but my ds will be going to a chofetz chaim high school in the midwest and they charge $5500 for the dorm and it includes food.

$66,000 a year?
One chassidish place in Montreal is. $2,500 a month. (For 12 months ) but since it's chassidish the price probably varies based on family affordability.

For my son in bais medrash in the tri state area we pay 16,500 for school including dorm and food.

You can go to this pageand look up any Yeshiva recognized by the US government.
Under Name of School type the name of any yeshiva (if you just type in Yeshiva you'll get a bunch) and then you can click on any school that comes up.
You can then click on Tuition, Fees but also you can find out how much Financial Aid was given for the most recent year reported.
There's also something called Net Price which is sort of the average that incoming freshmen paid (after getting financial aid) although in small schools it can be pretty inaccurate due to so few pieces of data.
