HI,
I am sure there are stores in Boro Park or Williamsburg which sell android phones that have been worked on to allow only email, and a few minyan and weather and bill paying apps.
Anyone know of one?

I dont live in williamsburg or BP, but I bought my smartphone at a jewish verizon dealer elsewhere.
per my request he disabled the browser and put on a app lock called smart app protector (only he knows the password to unlock)
I have email. selected apps.
looks like just what you are looking for.
