In the summer I threw out all my black skirts and got some nice colorful ones. Now the winter is coming and I'm going to need to wear tights, or leggings. So my question is what color tights? Black tights goes with colored skirts? What colors do people wear in the winter? I know I sound clueless, but any advice is appreciated.

How about fitted leggings? They come in all different colors and patterns. For that matter, so do tights. With navy blue, you can go with a charcoal color or something like that. For colored skirts, if there is black in the pattern, or if you'll be wearing a black top, you can definitely wear black tights.

It depends on what top you wear with it.
if black top then black tights
if not then charcoal always matches
