thanks! wasn't sure about the onions & peppers... you've frozen those before?
I'm using a recipe for chicken lo mein that I found here, I think from dining in? ok here it is- http://www.imamother.com/forum.....rt=20
instead of the broccoli (store was out of it) I'm using shredded carrots & I'm just going to make it on the stove and wanted to freeze half before adding the pasta.
