Im making for a sudah tomorrow, salmon on a bed of lettuce salad and I need ideas on the salad. recipe and how to prepare it nicely on individuall plates or as a center piece.

I just served this on shabbos, I bought a bag of prechecked mixed lettuce. put about a handful on each plate, drizzled with a honey-mustard-balsamic vinaigrette dressing. toss on a few halved cherry tomatoes, craisins and cubed mango. I put the salmon slightly off to the side. I copied it from a bar mitzva we were at on thursday.

marinated it in sesame-teriyaki sauce and then baked it, uncovered for about 25 min at 350
