This recipe is sweet but not too sweet. Fry an onion till golden add a packet of frozen baby carrots and pour on brown sugar generously.. leave on a low light for about 1.5-2 hours. It won't burn as quickly as regular carrots because the frozen carrots will give a liquid but keep an eye on it..
