Can someone please post the chinese chicken recipe. I made it once and now can't seem to find it anywhere! It's the oven baked veggies on the bottom and then you put the coated nuggets with a sauce on top.

I saved the recipe to my recipe box with a couple of minor changes. Here's my saved recipe:
2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
coated in flour and then egg
1 onion cubed
1 pepper cubed or sliced
1 can / some fresh mushrooms
julienned carrot?
zucchini sticks
Place the veggies in a pan, sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle some oil over them. Bake for a half an hour covered at 350. (the reason why I bake the veggies first is b/c I don't like them crunchy, if you don't mind them a bit underdone you can bake everything at once for just 40 mins.)
Take veggies out of the oven and put chicken on top, then pour this mixture on top of everything:
1/2 c oil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
Bake covered for another 40 mins and serve over rice.

sara d- you have veggies in it. I meant something simple like baking the cutlets with cornflakes and egg which I do all the time and a sauce that has brown sugar and soy sauce plus more things in it and no it doesnt have so much duck sauce either thats too sweet. I have made it in the past and dh loved it. I also tried yesterday the b. sugar and soysauce with the cornstarch and no its not my familys type. I guess I will keep posting and asking cause I simply cant find it. I know I got it from here. thanks anyway
