Does anyone have a recipe to bake a roast with a creamy mushroom sauce?

Thanks | Why don't you marinate the roast is olive oil, crushed garlic and kosher salt - lay on a bed of onions - bake - cool & slice - then make a mushroom sauce and pour over meat slices before serving

This is a small recipe so double or triple if you would like.
I really like to use fresh mushrooms.
