Teenage boy counselors: how much to pay?

A few other parents and I are discussing running a camp this coming summer for boys. Can anyone tell me how much (per hour) would be in the ballpark to pay teenage boy counselors? How much have your 14-17 year olds earned? Thanks!

I was told in lakewood they typically pay the girls weekly based on the grade they are going to. someone going into 8th grade gets $80 a week and going into 9th gets $90 a week.
