Does anyone know if it is possible and where one might get replacement seats for a City Mini stroller? Please advise.

Your best bet is to call up baby jogger themselves, most retailers won't have this in stock they would have to order it for you. Unless you know of a retailer (or some one here does) who would order this for you and give you a discount on the retail price then you'll probably get the same price anywhere. Baby Jogger is known for pricing their replacement parts very high so sometimes its worth just buying a whole new stroller...good luck

BTW,unless it's in very bad condition a seat liner or washing it is usualy enough.
