It seems like she was just gasping from reflux. She's breathing heavily now. Hatzalah took her to the doctor.

I had the same experience when my daughter was four weeks old. Also reflux. IyH she will be ok. She should have a Refua shelaima.

Sorry I didn't update. I figured nobody would remember by now and there was no reason to bump up the thread.

She is totally fine. She was drinking a bottle and started gagging, but once she swallowed properly, it was all over. Whatever. I think my sister in law just got a little scared and overreacted a bit. They said she wasn't breathing, so I thought she wasn't breathing.

I don't think anyone can easily forget a newborn that stopped breathing! Glad she's doing well.
