What would you want it to be??
I would want my friends and family to know that its ok to be emotionally honest/ and to cry if needed.
Whats yours??

I would want people to know that clinically diagnosed* mental health issues are a PHYSICAL condition, just like diabetes or high blood pressure. You can't just say to someone "snap out of it and quit thinking about sugar, and your numbers will go down!"
There is no shame in getting medication to fix a biochemical imbalance in your system. Hashem gave us doctors for a reason.
*I'm not talking about situational depression, which is brought about by external events. In that case, get therapy first.

I would want people to know it's okay to laugh - even in between the tears
also there is no need to compete with other people - I AM MYSELF & NO ONE ELSE

I would also want people to know that there is only ONE use for guilt, and that is to inspire teshuvah.
Guilt ---> Teshuvah. That's it. Any other guilt is just the yetzer hara trying to bring you down. DO NOT BUY INTO IT!

°Think positive.
°Our thoughts can create reality because we are a tzelem elokim.
°Read the book called "its all in your mind" by Sarah Yosef to learn the power of our thoughts

It's okay to fail and it's okay to fall, as long as you pick yourself up and move on.

Don't be ashamed to be a huge nerd about what you love. Whether it's science, the arts, or the perfect potato kugel recipe -- own it, and be proud that you find joy in something.

If there would be more people with that attitude, it wouldn't be a struggle for me....
Can we be friends?
