I think it´s called the parachute, the kallah stands in middle and everybody holds onto the material around her and dances...do u know what I´m talkin about?

I know what you're talking about. I don't know where you can buy one. You're more likely to find a plain parachute online and then you can cut the whole out yourself. Otherwise maybe call a gemach that has and see if they would know.

Get 3 or 4 long process of fabric. Sew them together. Make a hole in the middle.
