Whats the current rent for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath (top floor), oldish new house, heart of BP, not new kitchen, but very decent condition, in a 24 or 26 foot house?

I believe $3000 is a lot, but $2600 for sure if condition is decent.

OP here, forgot to mention that with these apartments, unlike older houses, you pay your own heat/electric.
Is $2600 still the norm for apartments where you pay your own heat?
