Dice onion, garlic, and celery. Sautee untill soft. Meanwhile dice chicken and cook in water till done. Combine with vegetables. Add a mix of cornstarch/water add to the chicken salt to taste. Cook untill thickened. Delicious! I make a gourmet dish out of this. On a plate I put rice on top of it this chicken and chow mein noodles on top.

marinate in Italian dressing. grill (or use grill pan).

pour a little olive oil, sprinkle some pepper, garlic & rosemary

broil under flame for 15 minutes each side [depending on how well-done or rare you like it]

simple & yumm
