I make "coleslaw" with shredded kohlrabi and carrot. It doesn't have to be checked, tastes really good and is easier on the stomach.

Can I please have the recipe? TIA!

This is one of my families favorites...get a bag of frozen mixed vegtables (corn, peas, lima beans...) leave to defrost then microwave for 4-6min so vegtables are still firm but a bit more tender. If you have time to cook them the right way go ahead, only till crisp cooked. Add chopped sour pickles, cut up tomatoes, mayo, pickle juice, salt pepper onion powder. Needs to marinate a few hours but can stay in the fridge nearly a week.
