I dont have a problem with yeshivish pple at all. Im very openminded and accepting of all. My hub is more to the quiet side and im the opposite. But he does make friends since hes a nice guy with personality. But for most questions to b answered will need to be asked by me..

Interested in buying a house in Staten Island $600,000. Can someone who owns a house in Staten Island give me a break down of how much we would need for the down payment, mortgage per month, closing, and other costs?

Im also mid closing for a house. Down payments r approximately 20 percent. And closing abt $20k etc.unless u can put down more.mortgage will cost abt 3grand .but im not sure exactly
