I keep mine in a cabinet, not fridge, and it lasts a while.

Almost forever due to the high salt and dependent on the fermentation levels.

I've never heard of soy sauce going bad. Between the fermentation process and the amount of salt that's in it, it should last for 100 years, at least!

soy sauce last forever - no need to refrigerate ...

unless you start cooking up everything with soy sauce - makes great grilled veggies
