Ingredients:
Flour
2 eggs beaten with 1t mustard
2+ C crushed pretzel sticks
Chicken bottoms

Skin chicken
Dip into flour, eggs, and then pretzels

Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours covered and a 1/2 hour uncovered
