Problem is that there is a SLIGHT complication...
My cousin kind of came out of hte closet a couple of years ago... so not many rabbis would want to touch it u know?

I don't see how that directly relates with getting a proper burial. tizku le mitvos to you. maybe email the ohel a pan to the Rebbe (ohel@ohelchabad.org) and give tzedaka in the hopes you will be matzliach?
