Someone recently posted this question and I found the replies enormously helpful so I am posting something similar and more age specific. TIA!

Please share how much your approx 29 month old and/or 16 month old actually eats at breakfast, lunch and dinner and for snacks in a typical day. Not only what they were served but also how much of it they actually ate.

Thank u!

16 month old
1 cup of honey nut cheerios
1 cup of red or blue milk
1 banana

snack
8 animal crackers
or 1 mehadrin vanilla yogurt
1 cup of milk

lunch
1 slice of bread with peanut butter or cream cheese

snack
3 small pieces of apple or red pepper

supper
10 bowtie pasta or 6 pieces of chicken or 1 slice of bread

Not much- but he is happy and chubby so I guesss it's enough.

Thank you that's very helpful to hear. I'd love to hear others experiences with their toddlers too especially the 29 month olds or around there.
