A bagel and cream cheese that my husband brought me from shul.
Am I the only one who had a not-so-healthy breakfast?

I'm really enjoying this thread! And getting hungry, too.
Who knew that breakfast was so inspirational?

I work. Eating well is an investment. It gives you energy and focus to get things done. I have no time when I don't eat

breakfast is an integral part of the day's fuel ... my mother always made good breakfasts before school ... I always made good breakfasts before work ... and when my kids were in school I also made good breakfasts
nobody should be on the run all day without sustenance
I'm a morning person - but I would make sure to wake up earlier so everyone is relaxed enough to eat breakfast - no rolling out of bed and leaving w/o eating

I used to not eat breakfast. Unless you count a snack in the morning. When I was pregnant, I started to seriously eat breakfast. I usually had cereal and for some reason I was constantly craving apples. Nursing breakfast is an even bigger must. If I don't eat breakfast, I'm a wreck.

either I have rice crispies and milk or toast with butter and marmite or jam, with a yogurt. Not so healthy, I know.

Do you really want to know? I don't eat dairy so meat in the AM is fine with me (it was almost brunch by the time I got around to it.)
I cooked up cubed: red onion, red peppers, zucchini, sweet potatoes and kale, added ground beef and a little seasoned tomato sauce. I made a whole big frying pan of it (7/8 was veggies) and ate the whole thing as it was really yummy and satisfying. Kept me going for hours.
