My cousin once did this. She gave out mm that looked like airline meals. A rectangle tray, I think disposable, a roll, maybe tuna, salad, yogurt, each placed on the tray neatly, napkin wrapped around plastic fork knife and spoon, and then covered in a plastic wrap. Was adorable but hard to do in advance need to put perishables in last minute.

My friend last year went airline theme.
Small bag of peanuts
Small bottle of ginger ale
Plastic wrapped sandwich
All neatly ensconced in a white b..... bag
A little too subtle maybe wonder if anyone chapped.

Don't the recipients need to pay you?
ETA: right, that's just for Spirit. OP, do NOT use Spirit Airlines in your theme

We did airline meals too, in those segmented trays. We gave tea bags, sugar packets, single serve coffee packets, muffins, mini pretzel bags, and a clementine (we like to stay nonperishable).
Also, we had pilot and flight attendant, and one of my kids was an air traffic controller. We used a bright colored vest (from a Hatzalah costume) an flashlight, and a print out from an airport. DH said he was a disgruntled passenger .

I'm also doing pilot/steward idea. I wanna do a tray which I'm searching high and low for a small size (not the big one restaurants have) would be a huge help if I can have feedback where ppl found trays in the past...
im putting in cold cereal individual size, peach compote in a clear small container. Sterns small danish. Still looking high and low for waters with silver paper cover that they used to give on plane. I ordered from eBay American airline napkins. And some accessories from amazon.

Don't drive yourself nuts over segmented trays - just use a small white rectangular disposable platter and double-sided tape, which will hold the items in place.
Poem?
"With this small gift it's plane to see
It's time to "Come Frei(lich) with me!"
Take-off from work, forget Bermuda
It's more fun at a Purim Seuda!"

I found something slightly too big but ok in closeout connection. Nothing in amazing savings or toys for you.

I have a different twist to the pilot theme. How about doing an Around the world theme? Include Poland Springs water, Danish, Swiss chocolate, Colombian coffee, English muffin, Brazil nuts, etc.
Include a copy of this: http://www.jr.co.il/humor/purim11.txt
