Just wondering for married people: at what age do you stop giving out to your friends and just let your kids give to their friends.

It's one of the mitzvos for Purim. Why would anyone stop at any age?

At what age do you stop lighting Chanuka licht?
I don't understand the question. MM is not a quaint childhood game like lehavdil trick-or-treating; it is one of the basic obligations of the day established at the time of the Purim miracle, right up there with hearing megillah, eating a festive seudah and sending matanot le-evyonim. What is optional is giving more than the obligatory two foods to one person, (and dressing up in costume to deliver them) but the basic giving remains your obligation so long as you possess the mental faculties to understand it.

I'm not lymnok, but I've done it twice. (Anon because even with 22 thousand members, I doubt there are many who've had 2 kids on Taanis Esther).

Some people do find that they need to cut down on the number given when they have no little kids to help deliver and/or they have trouble going out of the home in the Purim traffic and cold to deliver. I know some people who give mostly tzedakah cards because the number of MM would otherwise be too large to reciprocate all the ones they get and they feel the money would be better spent on tzedakah. But I do not know of anyone who does not give altogether.
