I visited Israel a month ago and my family members there were really amazing, hosting me and my family and going out of their way to make our trip wonderful. I want to give to tzedakah in their honor, because I couldn't really give them a gift that expressed my appreciation properly (they're very unmaterialistic). I know of an organization that one aunt and uncle care about that does MM for chayalim, so I already did that. But the other aunt and uncle are chareidi, living in Rehovot, and I'm not 100% sure where to give that would be meaningful to them. Any ideas? I like the idea of doing something for farmers who are keeping shmita, but I'm not sure about how chareidi vs. not might make a difference. Regardless of my own interest in different organizations, I want this to be about something they themselves would support.
So, any recommendations? Even obvious ones, because I'm pretty clueless here.
