I want to expand my baking this Pesach, I DONT use sugar, just honey and NO Chocolate.
In the past I have made:
Almond and walnut cakes- but some were heavy due to the honey
coconut macaroons
almond cookies
blueberry muffins using almond flour
I would love to make a sorbet or ice cream.....
Any other good desserts I can make?

You can make toffee with almond butter and honey.
Fruit leather with strawberries, lemon juice and honey.
Candied almonds
Granola
Brittle
Baked apples
Poached pears
Do a search for SCD sorbet and ice cream recipes.
