So funny I saw the title and thought that it sounded good and was hoping someone would post the recipe. Then I was going through my magazines for recipes and I found it.
Here it is,
4-5 sweet potatoes
3 eggs
3/4 cup matzah meal (if you dont use you could probably leave it out)
3/4 cup juice or creamer
salt and pepper to taste
cinnamon
nutmeg
1 can cranberry sauce
Cook,peel,and mash sweet potatoes.
add the rest of the ingredients except for cranberry sauce. Place in a greased 9x13 pan or oven-to-table. spread cranberry sauce on top. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
