Is anyone able to post the recipe for baked chicken cutlets, dredged in potato chips, from the Ami Living from a few weeks ago? I am almost sure it is a recipe from Efrat Libfroind. Thanks Loads!

Potato Chip Chicken
6 chicken breasts, partially frozen
1/3 cup potato starch
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp ketchup
3 medium-sized bags potato chips, crushed
Cut partially frozen chicken into 1" strips. Dip in potato starch then egg/salt/paprika/garlic/ketchup, and then crushed potato chips.
Bake on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or chili sauce
