Do you have a basic YUMMY apricot jam + mayo chicken recipe?
For these last days of yomtov...
I imagine it's something like combining jam and mayo, and maybe ketchup or some spice, and spreading it on the chicken. I just need some idea of measurements, etc...

1 part ketchup
1 part mayo
1 part apricot jam
2 tablespoons onion soup mix OR 2 cloves (or frozen cubes) of garlic
For one chicken around 1/4 cup of each of the 1st 3 ingredients plus the 2 tablespoons soup mix or 2 garlics.

FOr more exact measurements (enough sauce for 6-7 chicken quarters)
3 TBSP apricot jelly
3 TBSP ketchup (but I use more on pesach because it is runny - maybe 4 TBSP?)
3 TBSP mayo
2 TBSP onion soup mix.
Mix. Pour on chicken. Bake at 350 for an hour covered, uncover and bake 15 min more.

I got this recipe here (a while a go-it's a big hit at my house!) and was planning to make it today, but my oven is being moody :/
Can I make this stovetop?
