What is "Baby Chicken" and how do you cook it?

Giblets mean all the organs of the chicken that come with it: gizzard, heart, liver, neck (I think those are what you usually get).

Most growers don't grow chickens hoping to sell them. They start growing them according to orders they recieve well in advance. So if the schechting companies know they will be closed for yontif, they dont order the chickens and the growers dont grow them. So the chickens having more time to grow because of yontif makes no sense.
