I got a case of eggs for pesach and have been using them since. They don't have an expiration date on the box. How do I know if/ when they go bad.
Thanks

if you fill a bowl or pot with water & put the eggs in, if the eggs sink to bottom right away its fresh, goes down slowly its borderline, floats ontop its not fresh & should be tossed.

While it pays to sheck if the egs are still ood, know that egs last a long time-despite expiration dates. So eggs from pesach are most likely fine.
