I have lots of zucchini s and carrots. What can I make with it either together or separately besides soup

You can stir fry chopped onions and garlic, add shredded carrots and zucchini, add S and P, soy sauce if desired, fresh or dried ginger (can add in cooked ground beef or diced cooked chicken,) add in cold cooked rice and additional soy sauce or serve over noodles.
You can saute onions, shredded carrot and zucchini, add ground beef, add pasta sauce and heat and serve over noodles.
you can make muffins (use any recipe for carrot muffins and sub half zucchini or vice versa.)
You can use a peeler to make long peelings and saute with garlic.
