Someone gave that to DH as a gift. It was cute for 2 seconds, but now it's just collecting dust on a shelf. Waste of money.

Maybe if they said that the tefach on the ruler was measured from the hands of a gadol it would improve sales ...

I can see how this could be useful in an elementary school class when kids are learning mishnayos that deal with measurements (like sukkah, for example). It can also be helpful in certain Halacha classes. Beyond that I'm not sure how practical it really is. . . although it is cute.

We had one years ago but lost it. It's helpful for aravos and hadassim. I believe it has both the shiurim of the Chazon Ish and Rav Chaim Noeh.
It was given out at Avos Ubanim.
