I usually find Moisha's to be the cheapest, but you have to shop by the sales in each store. Also Shoprite can be the cheapest on some items.

Pomegranate is a very pleasant shopping experience and has much going for it, but cheapest prices is not what it's known for. Moishe's will be cheaper on most items.

If only the quality and freshness and cleanliness of the chicken would be better at KRM and Moishas Id never stray. So I get my bargains there when I need lots of stuff, but for chicken, the best place is either Gourmet Glatt or Pomegranate.
I thought only I detected a not that great smell coming from packages of fresh chicken bought at KRM, and a difference in the finished cooked product, but when I discussed it at work a while back, others thought the same.
