How do you make those tall nice round Seudah rolls/ challas? I want to make it for a simcha. What sort of pan do I need?
Any other tips or suggestions??

Okay, I am not getting it
What is an ingjuring tin
and do it tie three ropes into round knot rolls and then put them side by side in a tin?????????

1. I make a snake, 2. tie in a knot and 3. then stick the two ends together. You don't need to do the last step but it looks nice.
I just bake them on a flat cookie sheet, but some people like to do them in muffin tins, they will obviously look different if you do that.

Sorry, autocorrect.
2 ideas
1 Tie a rope of dough into a knot
2 make three little balls of dough and put them into muffin tins. As in three balls for each muffin place.

If you can find tiny round pans but bigger than muffin cups (maybe this?) and bake in that, it gives a very nice shape.
