HI,
there is a recipe for spinach lasagna roll ups that ive made but noone really loved them. Im wondering if there is anything I can replace the spinach with and still have it dairy.

u could skip the spinach or use mushrooms or tomatoes

I make lasagna roll ups with broccoli/potaoto filling. I imagine that you easily add cheese or serve it with a cheese sauce. Its yummy! Its from one of the dining ins.
