Can someone recommend a good sugar substitute (for diabetics) that non diabetics can enjoy too, although not the ones that are controversial (like NOT aspartame...) to be specifically used for baking?

I've used xylitol in many baking recipes. you need to google search the ratio

I use a ratio of 1:1, but it depends how sweet you like your food.
